Terms of Service

By using PaperPilot, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaperPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PaperPilot is an AI-powered data analysis and document intelligence platform. It allows users to upload files (CSV, Excel, PDF, DOCX) and interact with them via natural language. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with Free and Pro subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PaperPilot.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumvent usage limits or rate limits

5. Subscriptions and Billing

The Free plan includes 20 messages per month. The Pro plan is billed monthly at the current listed price. Payments are processed by Polar.sh. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By uploading content, you grant PaperPilot a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. PaperPilot and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by Zain Sheikh and may not be copied or reproduced.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify results independently before making decisions based on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@paperpilot.site.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
